Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods
- Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout the shift
- Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile
- Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and comply with health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Perform cleaning duties as needed to maintain restaurant cleanliness
