Biaggi's is currently looking for dedicated and personable Hosts to join their team and contribute to creating the ultimate dining experience for their guests. In this role, Hosts are the first point of contact and play a critical part in setting the tone for memorable visits. The position requires individuals who love serving people and possess exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to ‘‘wow’’ guests with friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness. As the liaison between guests and the dining area, Hosts are responsible for greeting customers warmly, managing and coordinating reservations, guiding guests to their tables, providing accurate wait time estimates, and answering any initial questions about the menu and services.

The role of Host at Biaggi’s is both dynamic and essential, requiring multitasking abilities and a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Hosts optimize seating arrangements to balance workloads among wait staff efficiently, answer phones, perform light restaurant maintenance, and assist with side work and station set-up. Flexibility is a key attribute, as shifts may include weekends, evenings, and holidays. The restaurant requires Hosts to be punctual, honest, hardworking, team-oriented, and comfortable with customer service interactions.
