In this role, Hosts are the first point of contact and play a critical part in setting the tone for memorable visits. The position requires individuals who love serving people and possess exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to ‘‘wow’’ guests with friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness. As the liaison between guests and the dining area, Hosts are responsible for greeting customers warmly, managing and coordinating reservations, guiding guests to their tables, providing accurate wait time estimates, and answering any initial questions about the menu and services.
