Currently, P.F. Chang's is hiring for the position of Host or Hostess, available on both full-time and part-time bases. The hourly pay ranges between $15.00 to $18.00 depending on experience, making this role a competitive entry point within the hospitality industry. Side work duties associated with each shift will also be part of the role, contributing to the smooth operation of the dining area.

Job Duties

  • Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, taking food orders
  • Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control
  • Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food
  • Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's specifications
  • Learn curbside process and takeout expectations
  • Conduct side-work as required for each shift
