Job Requirements

  • Must be 17 years or older
  • Ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Basic numerical and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Escort guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements
  • Take reservations and manage the waitlist during busy periods
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Front of House team to maintain smooth restaurant operations
  • Answer guest questions about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
