We are currently seeking a Front of House Coordinator who will play a vital role in organizing reservations, managing the flow of service from a seating perspective, and actively engaging with guests both in person and via telephone. This role is critical in shaping the first and last impression of our guests, helping to enhance their overall experience. The Front of House Coordinator will also participate in various functions and tasks assigned by management, which may extend beyond direct guest service. This position requires a proactive and friendly individual who can multitask effectively and contribute positively to our team environment. Employment type is full-time, with salary commensurate with experience.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette

Job Duties

  • Actively participate creating a positive first and last impression of our guests
  • Organize reservations and flow of service from a seating standpoint
  • Actively work with answering or serving our guests on the phone, or direct them to someone who can help them
  • Participate in functions assigned by management that may not pertain to guest service
