We are currently seeking a Host or Hostess to join our front-of-house team. This role is critical in creating the first impression for guests, requiring a cheerful and courteous demeanor. The primary responsibility of the Host or Hostess is to greet guests promptly upon arrival, warmly welcome them, and seat them efficiently. This position demands excellent communication skills, as it involves interaction with a diverse clientele and coordination with the restaurant staff. Additionally, the Host or Hostess will handle phone calls, take To-Go orders, enter these orders accurately into the system, and package orders for takeout.

This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods—up to eight hours—and to lift between 25 to 50 pounds safely. The job also includes repetitive movements such as pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists, which are necessary to perform duties like setting up tables and managing To-Go packaging. Candidates for this position should be enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant environment.

As part of our team, the Host or Hostess contributes directly to the smooth operation of the dining room, ensuring guests receive timely seating and that the restaurant maintains an orderly and welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, have strong multitasking abilities, and are committed to enhancing the overall guest experience. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant environment preferred
