The role of the restaurant host or hostess is essential to delivering an outstanding dining experience. Hosts act as the welcoming face of the restaurant by greeting guests as they arrive, seating them in a friendly and efficient manner, and ensuring that the flow of guests is managed smoothly throughout the dining service. This position requires strong interpersonal skills to foster a warm atmosphere and provide guests with excellent first impressions. Previous experience as a host, hostess, greeter, or maitre d is advantageous but not mandatory, as we value enthusiasm and a customer-focused approach just as highly. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly manner
- seat guests efficiently and assist in maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant
- provide excellent customer service to ensure positive guest experiences
- manage guest wait lists and reservations if applicable
- communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating and service
- handle guest inquiries and address any concerns promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station
