We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Host to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a combination of excellent people skills and strong organizational abilities. The Host will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for greeting and seating them while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. As a Host at IHOP, you will serve as the friendly face behind the smile, ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors feels welcomed and valued. Beyond just seating guests, your responsibilities will also involve assisting with special accommodations, managing wait lists during busy periods, processing To-Go orders, and providing helpful recommendations about our menu offerings. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, quick thinking, and a cooperative attitude to maintain the smooth flow of operations in a high-activity restaurant environment.

The ideal candidate must be punctual, well groomed, and wear a clean uniform, ready to contribute to a team that values teamwork and excellent communication. Previous experience as a host is appreciated but not mandatory, as IHOP offers training and real advancement opportunities. This position also requires the ability to handle money transactions responsibly and work effectively under pressure while maintaining composure. Mandatory qualifications include an active Food Handler's Card, and the ability to work weekends and holidays to meet the demands of our busy operation.
