Job Description

This role is for an Applebee's Host/Server Assistant, a position offering fun, flexibility, and opportunities for growth. Employees in this role greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist servers in delivering excellent service, and help maintain smooth guest flow throughout the restaurant. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile
  • Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
  • Maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant
  • Transport plates, glasses and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Adhere to health and safety standards including wearing protective gear and frequent hand washing
  • Support a clean and safe dining environment
