Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and make them feel welcome
- Manage the waitlist efficiently to keep the dining room flowing
- Seat guests promptly and ensure tables are clean and ready
- Provide updates to guests with a positive and friendly attitude
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth dining experience
- Handle busy periods calmly and stay composed under pressure
- Support overall restaurant operations as needed
