We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Host to join our front-of-house team. The Host position is crucial as it serves as the first point of contact for our guests, representing the Bosphorous brand and embodying our commitment to legendary service. The ideal candidate will possess a warm, outgoing personality and a passion for engaging with guests by creating memorable experiences. They will greet each guest with a genuine Turkish welcome, ensuring a smooth and pleasant start to their dining experience.

In this role, the Host will manage guest reservations, oversee seating arrangements, and maintain an organized and clean entry area that reflects the high standards of the restaurant. This position requires excellent communication skills to interact with both guests and team members, fostering a positive and efficient service environment. Additionally, the Host will handle phone inquiries professionally, assist with to-go orders, and support the overall flow of service by coordinating with servers and management.

The work schedule for this position includes daytime, nighttime, weekend, and holiday shifts, offering flexibility and opportunities to work in a dynamic setting. This is an hourly position with the added potential for tips, and benefits are available to eligible employees. Reporting directly to the Manager on Duty, the Host will play a vital role in ensuring guests receive the best possible service and feel connected to the authentic Turkish cultural experience that Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine provides.
