Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation

Job Duties
- Greet and seat customers
- take restaurant reservations, maintain the reservation book
- be aware of events and weddings that require closure
- prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- remove dishes, silverware, glassware, and all other items when guests are finished
- clear all table items after guest is finished and has left table
- perform all closing duties/side work before the end of shift
- support other front-of-house positions as needed, providing a seamless guest experience to all
- occasional bussing as needed to assist our team
- other duties as assigned
