Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews is a leading full-service restaurant known for its welcoming and laid-back atmosphere alongside its uniquely quirky vibe. It is a high-volume dining destination that inspires guests with its inventive burgers, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences. The brand is recognized for its world-famous steak fries and a menu that goes beyond the ordinary to invite guests to savor fun and delicious meals in a lively, friendly environment.

As an employer, Red Robin emphasizes diversity and inclusion, believing that a strong sense of belonging enhances each team member's experience. The company has significant growth opportunities, offering a career path for many team members who begin in hourly roles and advance into management positions. Red Robin’s mission centers on making every moment fresh, fun, memorable, and enjoyable for both guests and employees alike, creating a positive workplace culture that values connection, generosity, and smiles.

The Host role at Red Robin is a critical position within the Front of House service team. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests and sets the tone for their dining experience by providing a warm, friendly welcome and maintaining an inviting atmosphere. Hosts are responsible for greeting guests with a great first impression, escorting them to their tables, and managing reservations and waitlists when needed. Excellent customer service skills are essential, since hosts contribute significantly to guest satisfaction and the overall vibe of the restaurant.

This position is designed for individuals aged 17 and older who thrive in energetic environments and enjoy engaging with people. Red Robin offers flexible work schedules, making it ideal for students, part-timers, or anyone seeking adaptable hours. Additionally, the company provides attractive employee benefits such as a 50% discount on Red Robin food, a 25% discount for family members, referral bonuses for recruiting new team members, and numerous additional incentives. Eligible employees may also access health insurance options, retirement plans with a company match, and paid time off, showcasing Red Robin’s commitment to supporting its workforce.

Compensation for the Host role ranges from $16.90 to $18.30 per hour, and employees can benefit from other types of compensation like a referral bonus program and an Employee Stock Purchase Program available to those with over one year of service who meet work hour requirements. The company’s dedication to career growth, fun, and hospitality makes it an excellent choice for those eager to join a dynamic team and build a career in the hospitality industry.

By joining Red Robin as a Host, employees become part of a team that values energy, personality, and a passion for making every dining experience exceptional. This role offers more than just a job; it presents a chance to work in a vibrant environment where performance is rewarded, personal growth is fostered, and most importantly, where smiles are made every day.
