Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school education or equivalent
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong customer service orientation
- basic math and computer skills
- must pass background check as required by company policy
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- manage the dining room waitlist efficiently
- update guests about wait times with a friendly approach
- ensure tables are cleaned and set for the next guests
- coordinate seating to maintain smooth dining room flow
- assist in maintaining overall cleanliness around the host station and dining area
- support team members during busy periods to enhance guest satisfaction
