As a Host/Server Assistant, you will be a vital part of the team by welcoming guests with a friendly attitude and smile, assisting servers by maintaining the smooth operation of the dining floor, and contributing to an enjoyable and efficient restaurant environment. This role requires a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, communication skills, and the ability to work diligently while having fun. The position is open to individuals aged 17 and older who can communicate effectively and demonstrate a passion for making a positive impact. Compensation for this role includes competitive wages starting from minimum wage up to $20 per hour, plus tips and tip-out. Flynn Group offers various attractive benefits including flexible work schedules, healthcare benefits, meal discounts, and paid sick leave. Notably, Daily Pay is offered except in California. This job requires physical stamina such as the ability to remain stationary and move effectively for up to four hours, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform duties including transporting plates and glasses.
