With a rich heritage spanning over five decades, Ruth's Chris has built a reputation for serving perfectly cooked, butter-topped steaks and an inviting atmosphere that appeals to both casual diners and special occasion guests. The company is deeply invested in fostering a team environment that feels like family, emphasizing respect, growth, and professionalism. Ruth's Chris Steak House is not just about serving great food; it is about providing an extraordinary experience where every guest feels welcomed and valued. The role available is that of a Host at Ruth's Chris Steak House, a crucial position that serves as the first and last point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. The Host embodies the warm, genuine hospitality that Ruth's Chris is famous for, ensuring that every guest receives a friendly, seamless, and welcoming experience when they arrive, throughout their meal, and as they leave. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about guest service and hospitality, with a knack for engaging positively with customers and team members alike.

As a Host, you will be entrusted with greeting guests warmly, managing reservations and guest flow efficiently, answering incoming calls professionally, and assisting with seating arrangements to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role requires someone who can handle busy environments with grace and professionalism, communicate effectively, and contribute to a team-focused atmosphere.

Employment at Ruth's Chris Steak House comes with valuable benefits and competitive pay that vary by location. Employees working an average of 30 hours or more per week are eligible for health insurance, and a 401(k) plan with competitive matching is available to help secure their financial future. In addition to standard benefits like dining discounts and a referral bonus program, employees can take advantage of paid sick leave (accruing at one hour per every 30 hours worked) and paid family and medical leave after one year of service, helping to support work-life balance.

This position offers exciting opportunities for personal and professional development through comprehensive training programs and career growth pathways within the restaurant industry. The environment at Ruth's Chris fosters a culture of learning and advancement, making it possible for dedicated hosts to pursue long-term careers within the company.
