Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
- Effectively coordinate and control guest flow by greeting arrivals, seating guests, and providing a warm farewell
- Demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their tables and engaging them along the way
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Work collaboratively as a team player
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
