Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
- Must have physical stamina to stand and move for up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift 25 pounds frequently
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to stand and move for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Willingness to wear protective coverings and follow safety protocols
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive
- Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- Maintain the overall guest flow within the restaurant
- Manage seating arrangements and coordinate with the host stand
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- Communicate effectively with staff to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols throughout the shift
