Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
  • Must have physical stamina to stand and move for up to four hours
  • Ability to safely lift 25 pounds frequently
  • Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks
  • Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
  • Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap

Job Qualifications

  • At least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to stand and move for up to four hours
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
  • Willingness to wear protective coverings and follow safety protocols
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly as they arrive
  • Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
  • Maintain the overall guest flow within the restaurant
  • Manage seating arrangements and coordinate with the host stand
  • Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
  • Communicate effectively with staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols throughout the shift
