Job Duties
- Enthusiastically welcome and thank guests for choosing LongHorn
- Manage the lobby experience
- Work as a team to clear, clean, and reset tables for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize guest flow
- Communicate effectively with servers and management about guest needs and wait times
- Provide timely and courteous service to enhance guest satisfaction
