Atlas Restaurant Group is a rapidly growing hospitality company based in Baltimore, Maryland, known for its dedication to providing exceptional dining experiences across a collection of diverse restaurant properties. As an established leader in the restaurant industry, the group emphasizes high standards of service, maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and delivering outstanding customer care to guests. With locations spread across states including Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Florida, and Texas, Atlas Restaurant Group offers a dynamic and supportive work environment where employees can thrive and grow their careers in hospitality. The company promotes inclusivity, teamwork, and innovation, consistently striving to enhance guest satisfaction while fostering an engaging and rewarding workplace for its staff. Joining Atlas means becoming part of a community that values not only exceptional service delivery but also employee development and advancement opportunities, including learning programs and comprehensive benefits for full-time and part-time employees. This role is open as both full-time and part-time positions, with competitive hourly compensation reflective of regional market standards. Compensation ranges from $13.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on location, offering a competitive wage to match the responsibilities of the position.

The Host position at Atlas Restaurant Group plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact for guests, embodying the company's commitment to friendliness, excellent service, and high standards. As a Host, you will present a positive first impression, warmly greeting guests upon arrival, managing waitlists efficiently, and providing accurate wait time information. This role involves using restaurant management software such as Toast Point-of-Sale (POS), Restaurant365 systems, and OpenTable to create reservations and manage guest seating effectively. Hosts will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and menus, ensuring that the dining experience flows smoothly by rotating seating among servers to balance workloads, and assisting with phone and to-go orders. The host also plays a social role in recognizing special guest occasions and communicating these moments to service staff to help create memorable experiences. This position requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and demands excellent customer service skills with a polite and attentive demeanor. Although there are no supervisory responsibilities in this role, it is essential in supporting the overall dining service and ensuring guests leave with a positive farewell impression. The Host must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a basic understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards. A valid form of identification is required to apply, with a food handler’s certification needed depending on local regulations. This full-time or part-time position offers substantial opportunities for advancement within the company, supplemented by a broad benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees, and a 25% discount at Atlas properties for all staff. Working with Atlas Restaurant Group means being part of an organization that values professionalism, teamwork, and personal accountability, dedicated to creating a supportive atmosphere for staff and memorable experiences for guests.
