Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome to each and every Guest who calls or visits the restaurant
  • Effectively coordinate and control Guest flow by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell to departing Guests
  • Demonstrate hospitality by walking Guests to their table and engaging them along the way
  • Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
  • Effectively communicate with Guests and fellow Team Members
  • Be a team player and work well with others
