The Host position at Snooze is crucial to providing a welcoming experience for guests from the moment they enter until they leave. With an earning potential of $15.16 to $16.50 per hour, this role offers competitive pay and weekly pay schedules, along with a number of benefits designed to support employees both professionally and personally. The position involves managing the host stand, seating guests, maintaining the cleanliness of the coffee station and patio, and ensuring a positive atmosphere even during busy times. Hosts will also handle phone orders, input to-go orders into the POS system, and assist servers and teammates with various tasks including food delivery and bussing tables.
