For the Host position, pay varies by location and includes tips, reflecting the dynamic environment and the integral role that hosts play in the success of our dining services.
The Host at LongHorn Steakhouse is more than just a greeter; they are the welcoming face and the thankful farewell that leaves a lasting positive impression on every guest. Hosts are responsible for igniting the dining experience by warmly greeting guests and managing the lobby to ensure a smooth and enjoyable flow. This position requires a team-oriented individual who understands the importance of first impressions and the impact a friendly, efficient welcome can have on guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities in this role include enthusiastically welcoming and thanking guests for choosing LongHorn, managing the lobby experience to maintain a comfortable and organized waiting area, and collaborating with other team members to clear, clean, and reset tables promptly. This role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a genuine passion for customer service.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

- ability to manage stressful situations calmly
