About the Role:

As a Host, you will serve as the welcoming face of our restaurant, responsible for greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism. This role is vital for setting the tone of the dining experience and requires excellent communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with other service team members. You will be responsible for managing seating arrangements efficiently, maintaining an organized waitlist or reservation system, and ensuring that guests feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.

Job Requirements

  • Full time (30 hours or more) or part time position (30 hours or less) with a flexible schedule
  • Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability for shifts from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. with fluctuating hours
  • State Food Handler's Certification
  • Responsible Alcohol Service Certification

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and seating management
  • Passion for working in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties
