Job Requirements
- Full time (30 hours or more) or part time position (30 hours or less) with a flexible schedule
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Availability for shifts from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. with fluctuating hours
- State Food Handler's Certification
- Responsible Alcohol Service Certification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and seating management
- Passion for working in a team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests entering the restaurant
- Maintain full communication with other service positions
- Manage seating arrangements and waitlists efficiently
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the host area
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Support and uplift teammates through collaboration
- Operate with urgency and find creative solutions under pressure
