Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • able to effectively communicate with others
  • physically able to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods up to four hours
  • capable of safely reaching, bending, stooping, and frequently lifting up to 25 pounds
  • able to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
  • able to use disinfectant cleaning supplies
  • willing to wash hands frequently during shift

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • capacity to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and with a smile
  • assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
  • maintain overall guest flow in the restaurant
  • transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen
  • adhere to health and safety protocols including use of protective coverings and frequent hand washing
