This position involves managing the restaurant waiting list during high-volume periods, accurately communicating wait times, and ensuring guests feel valued and comfortable while they wait. Hosts are responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, escorting them to their tables, introducing them to servers, and maintaining a clean and sanitized environment at various guest touchpoints.
