Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Understand and accommodate guests’ dining needs
Manage the waitlist and accurately estimate wait times
Maintain and manage the seating chart to ensure an efficient flow
Monitor restaurant activity and adjust seating accordingly
Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or general questions
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
Support team members with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and handling to-go orders
Collaborate with team members and departments to maintain smooth operations and a positive work environment
