Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year full service restaurant experience or equivalent
- Accurate mathematic skills
- Knowledge of menu and specials
- Knowledge of restaurant layout including table numbers and station numbers
- Ability to meet personal schedule requirements punctually
- Warm, sincere, outgoing personality
- Ability to stand for long periods while on duty
- Ability to move safely throughout restaurant areas
- Ability to work amidst noise in confined, crowded spaces
- Ability to move chairs, high chairs, and booster seats when necessary
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Answer telephones and record messages and reservations accurately
- Manage the waitlist and provide accurate wait times to guests
- Coordinate seating to ensure even distribution of guests among servers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Handle gift certificate sales and accounting
- Adjust table arrangements for party size
- Monitor washroom cleanliness and coordinate with staff
- Provide excellent customer service with a warm, sincere attitude
