Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
Ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to manage reservations and seating efficiently
Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Greet every guest entering the restaurant with a smile
Accurately quote wait times and manage reservations
Attend to guests by providing special experiences
Escort guests to their tables and ensure a seamless experience
Provide a warm farewell and invitation to return
Focus on both the team and guests, making customer-centered decisions
Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
