Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitask effectively

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work in a team environment
prior customer service experience preferred but not required
strong attention to detail
basic computer skills for managing reservations

Job Duties

Greet every guest with a smile upon arrival
accurately quote wait times and manage reservations
provide attentive service ensuring special guest experiences
escort guests to their tables ensuring a flawless experience
warmly bid farewell and invite guests to return
focus on the team and customers ensuring all decisions prioritize their needs
