Job Requirements

  • valid food handler license
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • prior experience in a hosting or customer service role
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • willingness to complete approximately one week of training upon hire

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude
  • assist in organizing reservations
  • manage rotational seating to optimize guest flow
  • answer phones and take to-go orders accurately
  • assist in cleaning and resetting tables to maintain a clean dining environment
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure smooth operations
  • provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
