Job Requirements

At least 17 years of age
Possess a guest-focused enthusiasm
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor
Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
Availability for flexible, part-time scheduling

Job Duties

Welcome guests with a signature BJ's greeting and a genuine smile
Maintain a fun, welcoming hospitality and lobby area
Maintain accurate, even seating and dining room wait times using the table management system
Build lasting connections with guests to encourage repeat visits
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests
Uphold BJ's standards of gracious hospitality
