Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression
- Manage the seating arrangements and coordinate guest flow efficiently
- Ensure regular sanitization and disinfection of guest and team member touchpoints
- Present clean menus and offer dining suggestions to enhance the guest experience
- Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
- Assist guests with special requests and provide accurate information about the menu and restaurant policies
