Job Requirements

  • Must be 17 or older
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible schedules
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Basic knowledge of reservation systems beneficial

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide a great first impression
  • Escort guests to their tables efficiently and courteously
  • Manage reservations and maintain wait lists when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate seating
  • Monitor the dining room to manage guest flow and seating availability
  • Assist with answering phone calls and handling guest inquiries
  • Support the Front of House team to ensure smooth service operations
