Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems beneficial
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide a great first impression
- Escort guests to their tables efficiently and courteously
- Manage reservations and maintain wait lists when necessary
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate seating
- Monitor the dining room to manage guest flow and seating availability
- Assist with answering phone calls and handling guest inquiries
- Support the Front of House team to ensure smooth service operations
