Job Duties

Welcome guests with BJ's signature greeting and genuine smile
Maintain a fun and welcoming hospitality and lobby area
Manage accurate, even seating and dining room wait times using the table management system
Build lasting connections with guests to encourage repeat visits
Uphold the brewhouse experience by delivering gracious hospitality
Support team members in maintaining smooth front-of-house operations
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
