Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be reliable and punctual
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
Friendly and approachable personality
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
Basic math and computer skills to manage waitlists and seating arrangements

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Manage the dining room waitlist efficiently
Update guests with a smile while they wait
Ensure tables are clean and ready for new guests
Maintain a calm and positive demeanor during busy periods
Collaborate effectively with team members to support seamless service
Provide excellent customer service that reflects Cracker Barrel’s hospitality standards
