Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
  • effectively coordinate and control guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell
  • demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their table and engaging them along the way
  • answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
  • effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members
  • be a team player and work well with others
