Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
- effectively coordinate and control guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell
- demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their table and engaging them along the way
- answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
- effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members
- be a team player and work well with others
