Job Requirements

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
Answer reservation calls and accurately record needed information
Manage waitlist and maintain accurate head count
Confirm reservations in line with procedures
Ensure cleanliness and organization of host area and waiting room
Communicate effectively with guests and restaurant staff
Coordinate with service, bus, and other host personnel
