Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Answer reservation calls and accurately record needed information
- Manage waitlist and maintain accurate head count
- Confirm reservations in line with procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of host area and waiting room
- Communicate effectively with guests and restaurant staff
- Coordinate with service, bus, and other host personnel
