Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • Answer reservation calls and accurately record needed information
  • Manage waitlist and maintain accurate head count
  • Confirm reservations in line with procedures
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of host area and waiting room
  • Communicate effectively with guests and restaurant staff
  • Coordinate with service, bus, and other host personnel
