Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Inform guests of accurate wait times and manage the wait list
Maintain high standards of service, hospitality, and sanitation
Collaborate with store management and team members to foster a team environment
Ensure each guest has a memorable dining experience
Uphold the CPK High 5 service standards
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host area
