Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Ability to provide friendly and attentive guest service
Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Greet guests with a warm smile and engaging hospitality
Manage seating arrangements and the restaurant waiting list during high volume
Engage in friendly conversation while seating guests and introducing servers
Accurately set guest expectations during busy periods
Ensure guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
Maintain organized and efficient flow of the dining area
