Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to remain composed under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
- Willingness to engage with guests and provide excellent service

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage guest seating and flow to maintain an efficient and pleasant dining environment
- Assist in answering guest questions and managing reservations
- Coordinate to-go order pickups promptly and accurately
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain an organized host station and the overall lobby area
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the host area
