Job Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Willingness to engage with guests and provide excellent service

Job Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Previous restaurant experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage guest seating and flow to maintain an efficient and pleasant dining environment
  • Assist in answering guest questions and managing reservations
  • Coordinate to-go order pickups promptly and accurately
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain an organized host station and the overall lobby area
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the host area
