Job Requirements

must be at least 17 years old
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
basic math skills for managing reservations and seating
strong customer service orientation
ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
friendly and approachable personality
reliable and punctual
age 17 or older as required

Job Duties

greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
escort guests to their tables promptly and courteously
manage reservations and maintain a wait list when necessary
provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries
assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the front of house area
communicate effectively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
promote Red Robin’s values and create an enjoyable dining atmosphere
