Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting, seating, making reservations, and taking food orders
- Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by maintaining cleanliness at the front door, host desk, lobby area, and crowd control
- Learn the restaurant seating layout, server table divisions, and food delivery procedures
- Set and clear tables efficiently according to company specifications
- Learn curbside process and takeout expectations
- Conduct side-work as required for each shift
