Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • basic computer proficiency
  • ability to work in a casino gaming environment with noise, bright lights, and high-energy atmosphere
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and repetitive motions
  • excellent communication skills
  • must be able to work on-site in Dallas
  • ability to handle customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to multitask and organize efficiently
  • must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with excellent customer service and a professional demeanor
  • efficiently seat players based on waitlist, game availability, and player preferences
  • maintain an accurate waitlist and provide guests with estimated wait times
  • answer guest questions about game options, promotions, and Texas Card House policies
  • promote upcoming tournaments and special events
  • assist with processing player registration and buy-ins following all company cash handling procedures
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • answer phones, social media inquiries, and other guest requests
  • assist guests with the sale of memberships, merchandise, food, etc.
  • utilize CRM and applicable platforms for data tracking
