Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
basic computer proficiency
ability to work in a casino gaming environment with noise, bright lights, and high-energy atmosphere
ability to perform physical tasks such as prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and repetitive motions
excellent communication skills
must be able to work on-site in Dallas
ability to handle customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
ability to multitask and organize efficiently
must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
commitment to providing excellent customer service
ability to use computer systems and CRM platforms effectively

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Greet guests with excellent customer service and a professional demeanor
efficiently seat players based on waitlist, game availability, and player preferences
maintain an accurate waitlist and provide guests with estimated wait times
answer guest questions about game options, promotions, and Texas Card House policies
promote upcoming tournaments and special events
assist with processing player registration and buy-ins following all company cash handling procedures
maintain a clean and organized reception area
answer phones, social media inquiries, and other guest requests
assist guests with the sale of memberships, merchandise, food, etc.
utilize CRM and applicable platforms for data tracking
