Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- basic computer proficiency
- ability to work in a casino gaming environment with noise, bright lights, and high-energy atmosphere
- ability to perform physical tasks such as prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and repetitive motions
- excellent communication skills
- must be able to work on-site in Dallas
- ability to handle customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
- ability to multitask and organize efficiently

- ability to use computer systems and CRM platforms effectively
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests with excellent customer service and a professional demeanor
- efficiently seat players based on waitlist, game availability, and player preferences
- maintain an accurate waitlist and provide guests with estimated wait times
- answer guest questions about game options, promotions, and Texas Card House policies
- promote upcoming tournaments and special events
- assist with processing player registration and buy-ins following all company cash handling procedures
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- answer phones, social media inquiries, and other guest requests
- assist guests with the sale of memberships, merchandise, food, etc.
- utilize CRM and applicable platforms for data tracking
