Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a similar hospitality role
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
strong verbal communication skills
reliable and punctual
ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

excellent communication and interpersonal skills
proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles
ability to multitask and work under pressure
friendly and approachable demeanor
basic cash handling skills
knowledge of reservation management systems is a plus
