Job Requirements

Must be 17 or older
Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Basic proficiency in English
Friendly and approachable personality
Willingness to learn and develop customer service skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain positive and friendly under pressure
Comfortable using reservation and waitlist management systems
Basic math skills for managing reservations
Ability to work well as part of a team

Job Duties

Greet guests with a friendly demeanor
Escort guests to their tables promptly
Manage reservations and maintain a waitlist when necessary
Provide excellent customer service as part of the Front of House team
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
Assist with answering phone calls and directing guests
Support team members during busy periods
