Job Requirements

Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Physical ability to meet job demands with reasonable accommodations available

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of reservation management systems
Ability to provide excellent guest experiences without duplication of duties

Job Duties

Greet every guest at the restaurant with a smile
Accurately quote wait times and manage reservations
Provide guests with special experiences
Escort guests to their tables ensuring a seamless experience
Provide a warm farewell and invitation to return
Focus on team and customers by making decisions that consider both
Maintain attention to detail and multitasking abilities
