Job Requirements

  • Must be 17 or older
  • Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Duties

  • Provide a great first impression by greeting guests with a friendly demeanor
  • Escort guests to tables efficiently and courteously
  • Manage reservations and maintain waitlists during busy times
  • Collaborate with front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
  • Assist in answering guest inquiries both in person and via phone
  • Facilitate guest seating to optimize dining room flow
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization in the host station area
