Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
strong verbal communication skills
ability to stand for extended periods
willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred

Job Duties

greet guests in a warm and professional manner
seat guests at tables efficiently
answer phones and manage reservations
handle cash register transactions accurately
ensure guest satisfaction by addressing needs promptly
maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host area
support smooth communication between front and back of house
