Job Duties
- greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile
- engage in friendly conversation when seating guests and introducing servers
- manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
- sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- ensure various guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- coordinate with restaurant staff to facilitate smooth seating and service
- maintain an organized and tidy host station area
