Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Ability to provide outstanding customer service
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
Positive attitude and strong team player
Basic math skills for managing seating and waitlists

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
Guide guests to their tables efficiently and courteously
Present clean menus and offer suggestions to enhance the dining experience
Regularly sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touchpoints
Thank guests genuinely, wish them farewell, and invite them back to the restaurant
Maintain a clean and organized host station
Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and wait times
